Freedom of information (FoI)
You can request any recorded information under the Freedom of Information Act (Scotland) 2002.
You don’t have to say why you want it, or what you want it for.
We must respond to all information requests we receive. We will help you in making a request and give you the information within 20 working days (see Guide to Information in our publication scheme).
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 requires Scottish public authorities to produce and maintain a publication scheme.
Our IJB became subject to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 on 1 April 2015. We have adopted the Model Publication Scheme produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner. North Ayrshire Integration Joint Board Publication Scheme. This scheme has the Commissioner’s approval.
